Re-enactment

Activity days on Roman and Greek themes are provided by "Breath of Life" Historical Re-creations.

Classics teachers at Watford Boys' Grammar School and Westminster Cathedral Choir School have used our services and been very pleased with them.

As members of "The Hoplite Association", we are recommended by the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies.

Iris

Iris is a new magazine, which aims to cultivate modern and imaginative responses to the Classics. Submissions of all kinds are welcomed, and school and university students are particularly encouraged to send material. The magazine is part of the Oxford Classics Outreach project and will be distributed to state schools free of charge. THE CLASSICS ACADEMY - AFTER-SCHOOL CLASSES

The Classics Academy runs after-school classes leading to GCSE Latin or Greek after six terms, with follow-on courses to AS/A2. Lessons are held twice a week, usually 4.45-6.15, in central London and elsewhere. The pace is demanding, the style rigorous but fun.
